Thrilled to showcase the incredible work of @debbiepaster from SIMPLIFY in my recent home makeover (just the kitchen shown here!)

From cluttered chaos to magnificently functioning order - my space now exudes CALMNESS - making cooking and meal prep not just a breeze, but a total pleasure!

I never realized the impact our environment could have on our mood until working with Debbie. My home and kitchen makeover has had me feeling uplifted beyond words!

It’s also taken my love for cooking and creating delicious meals and recipes, to even greater heights!

I made these Coconut Date Balls, Vegan Florentines, and Oat Bars this weekend… and if you’re mindful of your health and weight, they’re not just for admiring!

BACK TO ROUTINE 🙌🏽 with my favorite @nakdwho

As we head into September with “back-to-school” and regular routines, now is the perfect time to re-establish healthy habits!

You don’t need to give up eating a burger when losing weight, and staying slim & healthy!

These are all super healthy recipes and meal options I incorporate into my clients’ plans, that they can enjoy regularly!

I actually made (vegan!) burgers for supper tonight, and had no idea it was #NationalBurgerDay (hubby told me after!)
