I made these Coconut Date Balls, Vegan Florentines, and Oat Bars this weekend… and if you’re mindful of your health and weight, they’re not just for admiring!

BACK TO ROUTINE 🙌🏽 with my favorite @nakdwho

As we head into September with “back-to-school” and regular routines, now is the perfect time to re-establish healthy habits!

I always encourage my clients to focus on the POSITIVE changes they can make - simple, sustainable things they can ADD into their day - rather than focus on what they must avoid! Luckily, with @nakdwholefoods bars, this is easily do-able (& delicious!)

Here are my non-negotiable feel-good habits for a healthy routine:

You don’t need to give up eating a burger when losing weight, and staying slim & healthy!

I actually made (vegan!) burgers for supper tonight, and had no idea it was #NationalBurgerDay (hubby told me after!)
